We currently deliver across the United Kingdom only.
How much is UK delivery?
Standard UK delivery is £4.99. Free UK Standard delivery applies to orders of £50 or more.
How long does delivery take?
Please allow approximately 2–5 working days from the date you place your order.
Can I buy House of Fortune products individually?
Yes. Products can be purchased individually or as selected House of Fortune bundles.
How do I use the products?
Always follow the directions and warnings on each product label. Product pages also provide general routine guidance.
Can I return an item?
Please see our Returns & Refunds page. Hygiene restrictions may apply to sealed products once opened.
Can I book Fortunate Braids on this website?
Yes. Fortunate Braids appointments can be booked directly through the Book Braids page. A 50% deposit is required to secure paid appointments and the remaining balance is paid at your appointment.
What are the braiding hours?
Standard appointment hours are Monday to Saturday, 9:00am–6:00pm. Sunday is closed. Out-of-hours appointments may be available for an additional fee.
