We want you to shop with confidence at House of Fortune.

Changing your mind
For eligible online purchases, you may tell us within 14 days of receiving your order that you wish to cancel. After notifying us, you have a further 14 days to return the eligible goods.

Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and, where applicable, with any hygiene or safety seal intact.

Hygiene-sensitive items
For health and hygiene reasons, sealed goods that are not suitable for return may not be returned once the seal has been broken, unless the item is faulty, damaged or not as described.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items.
If your order arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at tichafortune62@gmail.com with your order number and photographs where relevant. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Return postage
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return postage unless we agree otherwise. If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, we will provide appropriate return instructions.

Refunds
Eligible refunds are returned to the original payment method after the returned goods are received and checked. Where required by law, any refund of the original delivery charge is limited to the cost of our standard delivery option.
