INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping is not currently available. We hope to introduce international delivery in the future.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are prepared and packed with care. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation using the contact details provided at checkout where applicable.

Delivery estimates may vary depending on the delivery service, destination, weekends, bank holidays and circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Please allow approximately 2-5 working days from the date you place your order for UK delivery.

DELIVERY ADDRESS

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order. Customers should provide a complete and accurate address, including the correct postcode and any relevant flat or apartment number.

If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered the dispatch process.

DELAYED OR MISSING ORDERS

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your parcel arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the parcel and item where relevant.
